JANUARY 26, 2009:

Dear Vince,

How are you? We are gearing up for bargaining to begin in February and would appreciate your list of team members. Based on the last round 2006, I saw that you had two to three members at the table in addition to yourself and at times Oscar so we do expect our tables to stay about the same size. I would also like to secure dates for our teams to meet and exchange proposals in February. Based upon the charter we are to reach agreement by mid-March or go to Med/Arb.

If you can get back to me by end of this week with the names of your team members, their departments, exact work location and current work contact information and dates for us to meet at least once a week up to March.

I do understand you have a larger committee of close to 50 that you had wanted us to all meet, but we will not be able to provide release time except for the designated negotiating team of 2 to 3 members, but any of your committee members not desigated to be at the table are welcome to our first session which we schedule around lunch time to allow the opportunity for a meet and greet as time permits.

Sincerely,
Winnie Anderson
